People were bringing their little children to Jesus to have him touch them, but the disciples were scolding them for this. Jesus became indignant when he noticed it and said to them: “Let the children come to me and do not hinder them. It is to just such as these that the kingdom of God belongs. I assure you that whoever does not accept the kingdom of God like a little child shall not enter into it.” Then he embraced them and blessed them, placing his hands on them.

Become part of this ministry of presence, welcoming the parents of our soon to be baptized members of the church. This ministry involves your presence at a parent preparation meeting, held on Saturdays, 1:30 pm (6 times a year) to welcome and to share stories of family life and stories of faith. The Group Baptisms are celebrated once a month on Sundays at 12:30 pm and your presence welcomes and directs parents and their relatives and friends to the Church for the celebration. You may want to serve in this ministry as a family!
Those who are part of the Baptismal Ministry have the opportunity to get to know our parishioners and their families. And we are looking for warm and friendly parishioners to join this team.
